Final Gear: A Kodi Add-on for Car Lovers

Final Gear is a Kodi Add-on for any Car Enthusiast as it has everything you could be looking to view.  This add-on is jam packed with content from Car Shows to Documentaries, Tv Shows and YouTube clips.  Griffin_303 did a wonderful job putting together this add-on and I know the Gear Heads will be loving it.  With dedicated section to Clarkson Collection, Car-Movies, Car-Tv Shows you will be entertained for hours, days, weeks.  This add-on will compliment Motor Replays for the car fan as you’ll be able to view everything you could ever want.  Let’s take a look at how to install this add-on and then it’s on and we can play around!

Final Gear: Current Version of this add-on is 1.67


This add on is “unofficial” and therefore not supported by Kodi Tv or XMBC foundations, please do not ask on their forums for help, go to ares-project.uk for further support.

Final Gear Installation to Kodi Jarvis (16)


  • Click SYSTEM > File Manager

  • Double Click Add Source

  • Click “None” text window

  • Type EXACTLY https://repo.mrblamo.xyz

  • Click the box underneath “Enter a name for this media source“

  • Type Blamo (or a name you will remember!)

  • Click OK

  • Back out or hit the “Home icon” to go back to your Home Screen

  • Click SYSTEM

  • Click Add-Ons

  • Click Install from zip file

  • Click  Blamo (or whatever you called it)

  • Click repository.griffin-(x.x).zip

  • Now wait for “Add-on enabled” message

  • Click Install from repository

  • Click Griffin Repo

  • Click Video add-ons

  • Click Final Gear

  • Click Install

  • Now wait for ” Add-on enabled” message

If you have a clean 17 install, you will have to enable unknown sources first.


NOTE: We have added a new link for Krypton installs due to some weird Kodi bug not showing the repo zip properly.



  • Click Settings (cog)

  • Click System Settings

  • Click Add-ons

  • Toggle Unknown Sources

  • A warning pop-up will appear

“Add-ons will be given access to personal data stored on this device. By allowing, you agree that you are solely responsible for any loss of data, unwanted behaviour, or damage to your device. Proceed?”


This is your choice, if you wish to install 3rd Party add-ons you must agree. We strongly advise against installing headline grabbing “the best add-on ever…” etc and use only official developers with a proven track record.



  • Click Settings (cog)

This add on I sought out for my own use if I’m honest – I needed to catch up on some stuff I’d missed, then I found some stuff I’d stopped watching! NetStreams AIO is a very nice add-on found in the in the Judgement Repo.  This add-on is brought to us by KodinityTV and it really packs a punch.  The NetSteramas AIO add-on features some nice, good quality Live IPTV channels, Sports through AceStreams, Movies, TV Shows, and some of your favorite radio stations from the UK.  Featuring documentaries and a catch-up tv section as well this add-on has some great lists.  Everything I have tested so far has worked well and populated quickly.
