Free Kodi on iOS No Jailbreak.

 For Non-Jailbreak iOS Devices

Installing Kodi on iOS

For all you iOS users it seems the world of free streaming is just that bit more complicated than for the rest of us. Putting Kodi on iOS has never been easy. Unless you are willing to risk an attempt to jailbreak what has probably been your most frivolous purchase this year,  which is only an option for certain version of the iOS operating system and could easily go very wrong unless you are  which is only really an option if you are a more  experienced user who is confident they know what they are doing. It only takes  one wrong move in an attempt to Jailbreak and that shiny new iPhoneX could easily become noting more than ornament.

Tweakbox for iOS

A failed attempt to Jailbreak an iOS in order to gain more control over the content you are are able to download and use on your device will most likely have left any and all warranties or guaranties you may have had with the device null and void as it stated in the terms and conditions you signed without reading that any attempts to modify the devices software would result in you breaking your end of the contract (Lol, we all do it)

Other options to get Kodi on iOS

Other options to help you download and run third party apps such as Kodi, Moviebox, Cartoon HD,Movie HD and many other great third party apps and services will, I’m sad to say see you having to once again put your hand in your pocket and pay for the privilege of granting you access to vast world of free streaming that we Android lovers just take for granted.

Free options to get Kodi on iOS

iOS users do have a few free options that are available to them. They are far from perfect options and will require ongoing, regular upkeep but they will indeed help you to download Kodi 17, Moviebox, Cartoon HD, Play Box and a multitude of other apps that are normally unavailable to those that do not have a jailbroken iOS device and are not willing to pay for a service to have them on their devices.

Using TweakBox to get Kodi on iOS

  • Settings

  • Profiles & Device Management

  • Install Profile

  • Done

    Here’s the downside

All sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Well here’s the downside. Your Tweakbox app and all the apps you install using it will work until Apple revokes the Certificate (Normally every few weeks) then you will need to uninstall them and reinstall again with a new certificate following the same process as above. Thank you Apple for ruining a good thing.

    PLEASE NOTE

DOWNLOADING ANY UNTRUSTED APPS VIA UNKNOWN AND UNTRUSTED DEVELOPERS AND MANUALLY TRUSTING THEM TO YOUR iOS DEVICE IS NOT SOMETHING I PERSONALLY ADVISE
YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

    In Conclusion

As I have stated this is far from an ideal solution. It can be a pain having to keep uninstalling then reinstalling the apps every few weeks.  However, it is still a lot better than the previous options to Jailbreak or pay. Tweakbox is a nice solution to be able to have Kodi and the rest of these great apps. As always should you have any questions or issues please come visit us on our forum and we will be happy to assist you.

Xtreme Odyssey: Kodi Add-on

Xtreme Odyssey is another add-on to find a new home when Looking Glass left the scene and luckily for us Loose Cannon found a home with Team Illuminati.  Xtreme Odyssey has a Red Bull Xtreme Sports section.  This add-on is a mixed bag add-on that has Movie and Tv sections as well Live Events, Olympics, Documentaries and more.  The direct links make the add-on very easy to use and the amount of content makes this add-on a winner.  I am happy to see Loose Cannon bring this add-on back and I think you will agree.  The few items I checked were in 1080p quality and loaded seamlessly.  So now that we know you are going to like the add-on let’s go ahead and install it. Removing Old/ Non-Working Add-ons & Repositories

Removing Old Add-ons/Repositories Removing Add-ons and Repositories that no longer function is a natural progression of our theme directed towards new users to Kodi. As we all know, sometimes an Add-on or a Repository will cease to function for no fault of our own. But what is the best way to remove these? We will provide you the easiest method to remove an individual Add-on as well as the associated Repository. In addition we’ll also show you how to remove any URL Sources in File Manager. How to enable Inputstream Adaptive in Kodi Krypton

What is Inputstream Adaptive The recent update release from Kodi on the Krypton 17.3 has failed to enable a feature called InputStream Adaptive. So what you say ! What does it do ? How do I use it ? WiFi Settings & Tweaks for Kodi

I thought I’d cover the one of the most talked about issues in the world of streaming and thats WiFi and how to get the best out of it, practical measures and not some of the voodoo you read on some forums! What is WIFi? The term Wi-Fi refers specifically to the IEEE 802.11 set of standards for wireless networks. Several different standards are designated by a letter suffix on the 802.11, such as in 802.11g or 802.11n. In general all of the 802.11 standards operate on either a 2.4GHz or 5GHz radio frequency. 5GHz has much greater speed capability but a reduced range; generally speaking the lower a frequency the further it will travel, so don’t expect miracles if you switch to 5GHz. A key thing to note here is that if ANY device uses the older “b” standard then ALL devices *could* have their speed reduced to 11mbps on “g” networks, depending on your router. This really applies to older equipment or cheap equipment with old parts used in it *cough* t...
