F-Society Kodi Multimedia Add-on

F-Society is one of the newest add-ons to join the Looking Glass Repo.  From the testing I have done on the add-on I have been very impressed and enjoyed using it.  The add-on  has a mix of movies, tv shows, kids section, playlisters section, music, and more.  This add-on packs a big punch and even has a 4k UHD (2160) movie section on the main menu.  F-Society also has a nice sports replay section focusing on both Football and American Football (NFL).  As mentioned, check out the playlisters section to see some of their favorite content.

This add on is “unofficial” and therefore not supported by Kodi Tv or XMBC foundations, please do not ask on their forums for help, go to ares-project.uk for further support.

F-Society Installation to Kodi Jarvis (16)


  • Click SYSTEM > File Manager

  • Double Click Add Source

  • Click “None” text window

  • Type EXACTLY http://repo.lookingglass.rocks

  • Click the box underneath “Enter a name for this media source“

  • Type Looking Glass (or a name you will remember!)

  • Click OK

  • Back out or hit the “Home icon” to go back to your Home Screen

  • Click SYSTEM

  • Click Add-Ons

  • Click Install from zip file

  • Click Looking Glass (or whatever you called it)

  • Click respository.lookingglass.zip

  • Now wait for “Add-on enabled” message

  • Click Install from repository

  • Click Looking Glass

  • Click Video add-ons

  • Click F-Society

  • Click Install

  • Now wait for ” Add-on enabled” message

If you have a clean 17 install, you will have to enable unknown sources first.


NOTE: We have added a new link for Krypton installs due to some weird Kodi bug not showing the repo zip properly.



  • Click Settings (cog)

  • Click System Settings

  • Click Add-ons

  • Toggle Unknown Sources

  • A warning pop-up will appear

“Add-ons will be given access to personal data stored on this device. By allowing, you agree that you are solely responsible for any loss of data, unwanted behaviour, or damage to your device. Proceed?”


This is your choice, if you wish to install 3rd Part add-ons you must agree. We strongly advise against installing headline grabbing “the best add-on ever…” etc and use only official developers with a proven track record.

Changing the Movie Icon Size in Krypton/Jarvis

What is a Movie Icon ? Movie Icon is a general term used to describe the Fan-art of a Movie/TV Show in a Video Add-on. Such as Placenta, Elysium or Death Streams to name a few. Many also call it Thumbnails because it is a small version of a Poster of a Movie/TV Show. TV Addons - Crypto Mining Hack

If you have been using Kodi third party addons for any length of time, you cannot have missed the controversy that always seems to surround TV Addons and the antics of its owner, Adam Lackman.  In recent history there have been a number of high profile  repo “hacks” and if you think back a little further, there was the DDOS hidden in the popular Exodus add-on. Fantastic Beasts: Kodi Add-on

Fantastic Beasts is a Kodi add-on that was once part of the Looking Glass Repo and lucky for the community it has found a home in the Team Illuminati Repo.  This add-on is focused on animals and documentaries about animals.  Documentaries are one of the most sought out sections in all the Kodi Community and this one does a nice job.  I think if you love animals and documentaries this add-on is made for you. Click Here: Kodi Add-on by SkyDarks

Click Here is one of the newest Fork and it has a very clever name.  Invoking you to just “click here” to get all the movies and tv shows you could ever want.  This add-on doesn’t have any of the “extras” that some of the other forks have; however, it does work nicely.  Click Here has all the sames features you enjoyed in Covenant including the ability to add Trakt and Debrid accounts.  I like that the developer Swiper kept it close to the original and just changed up some artwork. Google PlayStore Kick outs & Apps not responding?

Do you ever have issues with Google PlayStore kicking you out or apps not responding? I have been seeing quite a few Android users with similar device issues.
